Scotch® High Performance Masking Tape 3434 can be used for a wide variety of automotive refinishing applications, including those in hot and humid environments. Our high-performance blue crepe paper masking tape has good solvent- and water-resistant properties and can be used in environments up to 110°C. It conforms well, has excellent holding power and tear resistance.

This blue-coloured crepe paper masking tape has been specially designed to meet the most demanding of masking applications. Whether it’s a 45-minute bake cycle, or a humid summer day – this tape can handle heat and humidity. It is one of the highest-adhesion 3M masking tapes and is both solvent and water resistant. It is conformable and able to follow curves and contours without tearing. It holds tight, even on plastic and rubber surfaces, but is also sliver and tear resistant for clean removal.
