Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact
Non-Returnable Products
To maintain our professional standards and ensure product safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened chemical products (Car Wash Shampoo, Car Polish & Compounds, Car Wax, Bug/Tar/Glue Removers, etc.)
- Used applicators and brushes (Brushes & Accessories)
- Opened cleaning cloths (Drying Towels)
- Hygiene-sensitive products (Alcantara cleaners, Interior cleaning products)
- Opened multi-use products (All-in-one Products, Clay Bar & Lubes)
Return Process – Step by Step
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include the following information:
- Order number and date
- Products you wish to return
- Reason for return
You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ensure all items are in original condition and packaging
- Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package

- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Once we process your refund, the timing of when it appears in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies:
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible products:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship the replacement product once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment
If the exchange product costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including covering return shipping for the incorrect/damaged item.
Important: Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
